Annual Meeting
On Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 6:30 pm we will be holding our Annual Meeting at the Will Rogers Equestrian Ranch clubhouse located at 20485 E. Colt Dr., Queen Creek, AZ 85142. Look for the entrance on Ocotillo Rd. between Hawes Rd. and the Ellsworth Loop Rd.
We will be serving birthday cake while reviewing our 2012-2013 fiscal year and electing new Board directors and officers. There will also be raffle drawings for our guests.
During our 2013-2014 year we will be focusing on increasing our membership and volunteers. The Annual Meeting is a great opportunity to learn about areas where you can help such as purchasing and delivering gifts, marketing, fundraising, technical support, recruiting partner agencies, and event planning. It’s also the best time to get to know the new Board of Directors and share your thoughts and ideas as to how we can improve Birthdays Remembered to better serve Arizona’s children and their families and our partner agencies.
